- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 cucumber
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

How to Prepare
Peel the garlic and make sure it is clean. In a wooden bowl, smash the garlic together with the salt. Add apple cider vinegar mix it well. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into small pieces. Add the pieces to the bowl with garlic. Add the water and mix again well. You can put some mint leaves or coriander leaves to garnish it.
Your healthy salad is ready for eating. Eating this daily will help you regulate blood pressure. Make sure to add as little salt as possible because high salt intake can trigger high blood pressure levels.
