Diet plan for 24 hours
1. Breakfast: cucumber salad, 1 plate, hard boiled eggs. Snack: 5 plums, 1 apple, 1 peach. Lunch: I toast wheat bread and bowl of cucumbers.
What is needed for this salad?
400 g cucumbers, 200 ml sour milk (yoghurt also is an option), salt and onion.
Peel the cucumber and cut it in small chunks. Add the salt and mix. Then add the milk/yoghurt and onion, then mix again.
Idea for a snack – cucumber shake!
1 cucumber, handful spinach and 1 apple
Mix everything and blend. Then add ginger and mix nicely. Pour in glass and drink it fresh.
Any fruit you like, no more than 300 g
