It is every woman’s dream to have healthy, smooth and beautiful skin. But, more and more women today experience issues with redness and cracked capillaries, or cuperosis, and it impacts their self-esteem.
The causing factors of cuperosis aren’t fully known yet. Anyway, it is believed that the genes and weak connective tissue are to blame. Also, there are other factors, including hormonal imbalance, stress, alcohol, UV radiation, strong spices and caffeine. Redness can develop to health issue or rosacea.

- Green Tomato
Use green tomato wrappings every day for 10 days. Green tomato includes the vitak acids which are fighting against cuperosis. Slice the tomatoes and put them directly on the desired surface. Leave them to work for three minutes and then rinse your face. Apply some nourishing cream.
This recipe was used by our grandmothers: Combine handful of parsley leaves with 100 ml of boiling water and leave it to stay for 30 minutes while covered. Strain the liquid and add 50 ml of milk. Use cotton ball and dip in this liquid. Drain it a little and apply it directly on your skin. Hold it for 20 minutes and iterate the procedure once a day. This treatment lasts for 20 days straight. After that you can apply wrappings if needed.
- Aloe Vera
Grab one Aloe Vera leaf and cut it lengthwise. Refrigerate it for few days. Apply the leaf on the affected area of your face with the cut side before going to bed. You must clean the leaf with black or green tea before using it! You may feel slight tingling, but only for a moment and it will only occur in the first 2-3 treatments. Implement the procedure every second day for 2 weeks.
Prepare healing milk with the help of sage: Add 200 ml of boiling water in 4 tablespoons of dried sage. Cover the pot and leave it to stay for 20 minutes. Then you can strain the liquid and add 200 ml of milk. Wipe your face with this mixture. Wait for 10 minutes and rinse your face with the remaining milk. Rinse your face with cold water 2-3 times. This procedure should be done every day until your skin’s condition is improved.
