- Spot cleaning and strains
Usually, only protein stains like sweat, urine, blood and vomit end up on your mattress.
To remove the stain, take a wet cloth and use a pressing motion rather than a circular motion. Soak the cloth in cold water. The mixture of salt, baking soda and water is the best solution for removing stains. All you need to do is to create a paste with equal parts of these ingredients and rub it on the are and brush it of 30 minutes later. In the end, soak a cloth in cold water and remove the excess and then allow the matress to dry.
It is very effective because it will remove dust, dead skin cells and other debris that lies on your mattress. Make sure to vakuum everytime you rotate your mattress or once a season.

Do not pour liquids on your mattress because they get trapped in it and has nowhere to go.
- Use fans to dry the mattress
Use your fan to dry the mattress before sleeping on it.
