Exfoliating Recipe

This is very fast and simple recipe:

Ingredients :

  •     2 teaspoons organic extra-virgin coconut oil
  •     1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking soda


In a small bowl mix the ingredients, making only one treatment at a time.

Made a paste and gently apply to your skin with circular movements.

Leave it to act on your face 5 minutes.

Clean with warm water, and massage your skin in a circular movements once again.

Dry your face with a clean towel. The coconut oil will hydrate your skin, so you don’t need to apply a moisturizer.

Use this paste only twice a week.
