Turbo Diet: A Flat Stomach for Just Three Days !

This effective diet lasts only three days, it’s based on three meals a day and total intake up to 1,000 calories. For three days you’ll lose from 3 to 4 pounds. If you want to lose more weight, repeat the diet after a break of seven days.

First day

Lunch – 50 grams of cooked rice, 100 grams mushrooms, 100 grams zucchini, 150 grams of carrots, 1 tomato, 40 grams of peas, spoon of olive oil, 40 oz soup, pepper. Boil the rice and chop the champignons, the carrots and the tomatoes and prepare  them with the peas. Add the rice, the soup and the black pepper. (350 calories)
Dinner – Chicken salad (270 calories). Prepare 1 tomato, half an apple, 2 teaspoons herbal ointment, vinegar, 70 grams chicken, 40 grams of lettuce. Third day

Dinner – potatoes with low-fat cheese. 200 grams of boiled potatoes, 100 grams of lean white cheese, 30 grams of sour cream, black pepper, 1 tomato.
