WEIGHT LOSS DRINK CONSISTED OF 2 INGREDIENTS ONLY

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of honey

250 milliliters of water

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

250 milliliters of water

Preparation:

Pour the boiled water over the cinnamon. Close the bowl with a lid a leave it until it is cold enough to drink.

Add the honey when the drink will be cooled. Don’t add honey in hot water because all the good staff in it will be lost.
