When You Try This 2,000 Year Old Lotion Recipe, You’ll Know Why People Still Use It

I love for my skin to be soft and moisturized, but what I do not love is that all of my favorite conventional lotions are packed full of chemicals and additives. You have to remember whatever you put onto your skin is directly absorbed into the skin.

I have many lotions recipes that I use, but this 2000-year-old recipe is my absolute favorite. It was devised as a cold cream 2000 years ago in Greece and is now being brought to you for your using pleasure. It moisturizes the skin, removes makeup, and reduces wrinkles and other signs of aging.

2 Tbsp Of Raw Organic Honey

16 Tbsp Grated Organic Beeswax

400ml almond oil

1 Cup Rose Water

4 Small sanitized glass jars or one large.

Melt the beeswax, honey, and oil over low heat using a double boiler. Once melted remove from the heat and allow to cool. Pour the rosewater into a bowl and add the beeswax in a few drops at a time, whisking after each incorporation. Once fully saturated, stop, and allow the cream to cool. Pour the mixture into your jars or jar, and allow to cool completely before adding on the lids.
